Catholic owned South Korean newspaper published a appalling cartoon that hurt many people.

Catholic owned news paper called Maeil Newspaper(http://news.imaeil.com) published this kind of provoking cartoon yesterday that deeply hurt and harassed not only the victims of Gwangju Democratization Uprising but all the South Korean citizens. It's so appalling and unacceptable. During the Gwangju Democratization Uprising in 1980 in South Korea, more than 200 people were killed and 3,100 wounded by brutal military force just like the picture attached. How can Catholic owned news paper copy and use the exact image of that for the cartoon?
